My 20 years experience as a fitness trainer includes teaching aerobics, step aerobics, circuit training, water aerobics and aquatic circuit, in addition to 15 years teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates Reformer. My background is in dance: Jazz, Modern Dance and Ballet. I also participated in stage performances in college, and at several dance studios and dance workshops. I have certifications in: Pilates Reformer, YogaFit Levels 1 & 2, Hydro-Fit, Circuit Interval Training, EWS (Emergency Water Safety Training), AFIT (Aquatic Fitness Instructor Training) as well as Strength and Weight Training.
My passion for innovation leads me to change up the routines and bring new elements to the workouts so that my clients stay engaged and are challenged by new and interesting exercises.
